As our business is experiencing rapid growth and expansion, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist who is self-motivated and enthusiastic.

Ideally suited for someone who has experience in driving multi-channel marketing campaigns via front-line sales teams, PR, events and online, etc.; someone who is also looking for having their career within a leading K-cosmetic company in Australia.

Key responsibilities: *
- Conduct market research for ideas about improving our selection or service offerings to attract more customers
- Responsible for creating advertising campaigns, pricing strategies and targeting the demographic data of their target audience
- Forecast and Analysis of ROI for marketing campaigns and seek improvement for future campaigns.
- Create and manage the campaign strategies, content marketing strategies, and social media presence.
- Drive and revise ideas and implement the plan and projects.
- Manage to meet the deadlines and to budget
- Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns
- Support Digital Marketing with social media posts and community management
- Keep abreast of new social media sites, marketing trends; implement these new marketing tools and find new channels in developing campaigns and update current campaigns.
- Work with the Sales Teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns.

For this role you would be required to have : *
- It is essential to have relevant experience and a passion for the industry
- Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, or similar discipline at university
- High computer proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photo Shop and MS Office
- Proven experience in strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems and content management systems
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
- Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to work well independently and under pressure, as well as in a team.
