**The Head of Projects, Technology is accountable for successful delivery of assigned projects in accordance with the Project Management Framework.**

You will collaborate cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders

**Responsibilities**

**Oversee the Management and successful implementation of multiple business technology projects and handling the interdependencies between them.**
- Ensure that the business is engaged in the development of business requirements and in the delivery of projects
- Effectively manage stakeholder requirements
- Plan the overall program and monitor progress to ensure that milestones are being met across various projects and programs
- Role model leadership behaviours that demonstrate effective management and individual development of the project team members.
- Manage the projects to budget and allocate funds according to finance and procurement policies
- Manage the risks and issues that might arise over the course of the program life cycle and take measures to correct them when they occur
- Chair the Business Technology Steering Committee and ensure that packs are distributed on time
- Implement program governance procedures (Project Management Framework) and ensure compliance with standards and regulations across multiple projects
- Undertake other duties as required by your manager or their delegate
- Adhere to all WHS requirements of the organisation and relevant associated legislation
