Global Head of Project Delivery - Biopharmaceuticals - Permanent - Sydney

Are you looking for your next Global Head of Project Delivery contract? We have an incredibly exciting new requirement that might just be for you.

Our client, a biopharmaceutical company based in Sydney, are looking for a Global Head of Project Delivery for their current project. They are on a mission to ensure lifesaving therapeutic plasma drugs are accessible to all - and as their newest Global Head of Project Delivery, you can help them get there.

**Global Head of Project Delivery Responsibilities**:
Lead replications operational teams
Oversee operational excellence across all functions within the Project Delivery Process
Interact with key project sponsors as primary point of escalation beyond project management, to build/develop and maintain strong client relationships
Evaluate, model, and analyse commercial initiatives and proposals, supporting senior management decision-making
Provide technical support and guidance (including scope definition, risk identification, escalation and mitigation, resource planning, goals, and deliverables) to assigned project managers
Ensure operational excellence and efficiency by ensuring projects are delivered on time, to excellent quality standards and within budget to optimize profitability
Assess and manage resource allocations to ensure that established cost, time, and quality goals are consistent with company standards

**About you**:
Bachelor’s degree in a science related or biomedical field is required.
Certification and training in program/project management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable
10+ years of relevant experience in operations management is required.
10-15 years' experience in pharma, medical devices, in an operations/project management role.
Good understanding of the technical pharmaceutical knowledge, GMP and regulatory, legal and commercial aspects.
Computer and Software Knowledge and skills
