The college has campuses in Sydney and Adelaide and offer General English and EAP courses.
We are looking for fulltime/part time teachers for morning and evening classes

**Main responsibilities**:
- Teaching an ELICOS class
- Assist in student language level assessment and placements on campus
- Assist with teacher induction, training and professional development
- Coordinate learning management systems and administrative tasks related to the ELICOS students' life cycle
- Counsel students regarding academic progress and feedback
- Provide language support to students as required
- Assist in organising student activities and on-campus events
**Essential Requirements**:
- A degree or diploma of at least three years full-time or equivalent (teaching or other)
- A suitable TESOL qualification or qualification that contains TESOL as a method.
- An appropriate TESOL teaching experience or are formally mentored by a senior staff member with this experience.
- Able to work in a team with enthusiasm.
- Self-motivated and able to work with little supervision and under pressure
- Able to prioritise and manage (plan and implement) the tasks required for the role on a day-to-day basis
- Able to manage tasks effectively (effective delegation and follow up)
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the role by identifying issues and solutions to meet customer (student and staff) needs
- Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure success of the role
- Have strong analytical skills for problem-solving (critical thinking)
- Have the ability to use and allocate available resources and networks effectively (internal and external)
- Strong ICT skills.
