Elicos Trainer

**Position**: English Teacher

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly qualified English Teacher who will meet the following criteria:

- Deliver face-to-face and online English lessons.
- Provide students with academic guidance tailored to their specific needs.
- Assess the language levels of prospective students and place them in suitable class levels.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and daily class activities.
- Efficiently grade students' work.
- Foster student engagement in the classroom.
- Possess advanced written, reading, and oral communication skills.
- Continuously enhance and develop the current curriculum and new programs.

**Essential Requirements**:
Applicants must meet the following essential requirements:

- Bachelor's degree.
- TESOL qualifications such as CELTA, DELTA, Cert. IV TESOL, and postgraduate qualification in TESOL.
- At least one year or more of teaching experience in ELICOS.
- Previous educational management experience.
