**Our Client**

Our client is a Top-tier Commercial / Industrial Property agency dominating in the Western Suburbs of Sydney. Well established and highly successful, the business has 40 - 45 staff, transacts over 300 properties p.a. and has strong tech and systems in place to help make their team roles easier.

**Duties**:
With the support of a Marketing Assistant this is an exciting and diverse role will see you working as a team to support the marketing function of the whole business - Sales, Leasing and Property Management as well as company and brand.

Day to day specifics will include:

- Coordinating marketing materials - editing photos, ordering brochures, signboards etc
- Coordinate vendor paid advertising / newspaper advertising
- Oversee company branding and staff profiles
- Produce videos and market reviews
- Provide guidance to the Marketing Assistant and direct their work (social media posts, updating website, updating pricelists, minutes etc)
- Editing photos and digitizing paperwork

**Specific requirements**:

- 12+ months experience in a similar role
- Some real estate experience would be ideal but is not essential
- Previous study or experience in marketing preferred
- Ability to use Photoshop, Mailchimp or similar and experience with CRM’s / databases
- Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
