About the Role
As the Intake Officer you will have responsibility for the following:

- Assist in the development, implementation and documentation of the Integrity and Assessment administrative processes and practices.
- Assist in maintaining information technologies and the incident management database that represent best practice in compliance with relevant Acts and Regulations and departmental policies.
- Assist with maintaining effective time management practices for the Manager, including prioritising correspondence and responding to outstanding queries and requests for information. This includes, in some cases, being first point of contact for incoming complaints.
- Assist with developing, implementing and reviewing executive support systems and procedures within the unit.
- Maintain accuracy in all correspondence and administrative documents, in preparation and delivery of the unit's interactions with Queensland Police Service (QPS), Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC), Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) and other internal business units.
- Contribute as part of a team to the development of plans and key performance indicators that will measure and monitor performance so as to achieve improved outcomes with regard to case and file management.
