The Brand |

A dream role has been created with an inspirational, elevated Australian womenswear brand that has experienced exponential growth both locally and internationally.

You will bring your sense of personal style, understanding of luxury and developed design skills (hand sketching and CAD) to this role. Working with the wider design team on their RTW collections. This is a fast paced and varied role.

The Role |
- Research creative ideas and provide input in key design elements for your categories each season
- Work on concepts and final artworks for print, embroidery, and trims to develop relevant and new seasonal materials.
- Update and maintain the digital design board
- Attend Design meetings during each stage of the seasonal Design process - concepting, fabric selection, colour palette development, collection structure, retail merchandise planning/buying input and garment design/silhouette.
- Produce illustrations and technical drawings for pattern maker guidance and production use.

The Skillset |
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role within a premium or luxury brand
- A fashion design degree
- An understanding and connection with the brand displayed through your folio
- Ability to demonstrate creative instincts and a distinct point of view.
- Possess clear design and communicative skills.
- Advanced Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign skills.
- Good technical garment and fabric knowledge.
- Strong drawing ability

This is a full time role based in their Sydney offices - in the Inner suburbs.
