**Role**:
Our client is a renowned name in the world of luxury fashion, celebrated for their timeless designs and impeccable craftsmanship. With a global presence and a dedication to excellence, they set the standard for elegance and sophistication in the fashion industry.
As a Designer, you will collaborate closely with the design team, you'll spearhead the strategic oversight of all product lifecycle stages, from initial design concepts to production.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conceptualise and develop ready-to-wear collections that reflect the luxury client's brand identity and aesthetic vision.
- Research and analyse market trends, consumer preferences, and emerging fashion influences to inform design decisions.
- Create sketches, mood boards, and tech packs to communicate design concepts effectively and ensure accurate execution.
- Collaborate with pattern makers, sample makers, and production teams to translate designs into finished garments with impeccable fit and quality.
- Uphold the client's standards of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and brand integrity throughout the design process.
**About You**:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a design & production capacity.
- Tertiary qualification in Fashion Design or relevant field.
- Proven experience using Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft, specifically Excel.
- A creative and collaborative approach to design.
- An understanding of design from a technical perspective
- Proven experience in creating high-quality hand-sketches, CADs and tech packs.
- Experience with offshore manufacturing.
