**About the team**:
Our Coles Liquor team work across three leading brands (Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars), each with their own unique offering and customer base. With a network of more than 930 stores and ultra-convenient online sites, delivering on our commitment to provide accessible drink solutions for every occasion.

**About the role**:
As an Integration Manager you will focus on driving the strategic optimisation of retail media channels execution across in-store, onsite, and offsite products. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Retail Media campaigns by seamlessly connecting product development with campaign channel execution.

On a day-to-day basis you will report directly into the Senior Marketing Manager - Retail Media and act as the bridge between the what (product) and the how (channel delivery).

You’ll also:

- Acquire, manage, and optimise assets for retail media campaigns in collaboration with product team and channel owners to ensure alignment with business needs and supplier demand.
- Analyse supply and demand for retail media inventory to ensure effective utilisation and maximise revenue.
- Proactively address inventory gaps based on supplier demands and work with Product & Channel teams on solutions to improve performance, capacity, and availability.
- Develop actionable insights from performance data to improve inventory usage, help increase fill rates and campaign outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (including Coles 360, Trade Planning, Channel & Commercial teams) to ensure marketing plans & inventory are integrated and in line with revenue targets as well as best practices.
- Stay informed of international best practices and emerging trends in retail media to innovate and enhance channel strategies.

**About you and your skills**:
You’ll also have:

- Previous experience or knowledge of the retail media industry. Media or advertising knowledge preferred.
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- The ability to demonstrate delivering market-leading commercial and customer outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, alongside the capability to lead without authority and lead others through ambiguity.
- An undergraduate degree in marketing or commercial area will be highly regarded.
