We provide locally developed further education and accredited training programs for postgraduate vets, vet techs and vet nurses in Australia/New Zealand under the banner Improve Veterinary Education.

**About the Role**:
VE&T is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Lead to join our small dynamic education team in a strategic and operational position. You will play a key role in driving our marketing efforts for the promotion and sales of our education programs and engagement and growth of our target audience. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective inbound marketing strategies, marketing campaigns, socials and content production to attract and engage our target audience. You will work closely with AEA marketing teams in collaborations across the wider business.

This is a permanent part-time position for approximately 24hrs to 30hrs per week. This role can be situated on the Sunshine Coast or Springwood, Brisbane.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads, sales conversions and customer engagement
- Manage the CRM (SharpSpring/Constant Contact) for implementation of eDM campaigns/automations and reporting
- Manage and optimise the current website to enhance user experience and improve search engine rankings/SEO.
- Create and collaborate with AEA in-house performance marketer on digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, eDM marketing, PPC advertising)
- Collaborate on the yearly marketing strategy, in line with planned business strategy
- Contribute to the development of the yearly marketing budget
- Develop or source engaging veterinary education content to attract and educate our target audience.
- Analyse marketing data and metrics to identify trends, insights, to ensure best practice in education marketing.
- Assist in organisation and promotion of the business face-to-face events, conferences, and webinars.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop new marketing opportunities
- Ensure marketing activities consistently align with company objectives and brand guidelines.

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Marketing degree with a minimum of 4 years experience
- Proven experience in digital marketing campaigns, inbound marketing and content production.
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills with an attention to detail
- Ability to perform at both a strategic and tactical level to achieve desired outcomes and optimise marketing activities.
- Analytical skills to track and interpret marketing metrics and data.
- Highly organised and able to manage/prioritise workload
- Experience in higher education or the veterinary industry
