It was founded by Lord Robert Edmiston in 1988 with a vision to engage in global evangelism and Christian ministry around the world, to reach one billion people with a clear opportunity for them to choose personal faith in Jesus Christ.

- Introducing people to Jesus;
- Mobilising Christians to evangelise; and
- Resourcing the Church with free digital content and knowledge.

**Job Overview**

**Selection Criteria**
- Evidence of successfully managing teams, especially virtual or globally distributed teams.
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing teams from diverse cultural backgrounds and an understanding of cultural nuances and sensitivities.
- Experience in setting and managing goals, tracking performance, and ensuring accountability.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy.
- Proven skills in developing professional relationships that nurture a positive attitude and team dynamic.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex problems.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage stress effectively.
- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Christian ethos.

**Specific Responsibilities**
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines, manage resources, and ensure that projects are successfully outworked.
- Coordinate, develop and manage Facebook and Google campaigns across digital, search, social and traditional media platforms.
- Develop and nurture internal and external relationships, communicate clearly, and collaborate cross culturally for desired outcomes.
- Collaborate and outwork agreed strategies through teams globally.
- Advocate marketing best-practices internally both in-person and virtually.
- Track project performance and produce reports that demonstrate and communicate the effectiveness of Direct marketing campaigns/systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in relation to marketing and implement where appropriate.

**General Responsibilities**

- Willingness to attend and lead virtual calls outside of normal business hours to accommodate different time zones.
- To travel nationally and internationally as required.
