Tenacity CX are Australia's leading supplier of recruitment solutions to the Customer Experience and Contact Centre Industry. We are proud partners of a leading provider within the Healthcare industry, who are looking for customer service superstars to join their growing organisation on a permanent basis.

Working in a contact centre environment, you will be handling inbound calls from customers, patients and healthcare professionals. As a first point of contact, you will provide exceptional customer service with a high focus on quality, accuracy and empathy Part of your role will also include administrative duties and coordination across multiple systems, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as managing bookings enquiries.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Previous experience working in a customer service role, either face to face or within a contact centre environment
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, busy environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and active listening
- High attention to detail, problem solving skills and adaptability
- Ability to follow company policies and processes
- Willingness to learn, self-motivated and team orientated
