McLean Farms is a family-owned business with a reputation for quality. We are seeking employees who can excel in a fast-paced and vibrant, highly-automated production environment. You will be required to work efficiently as a member of a team, preparing and packaging eggs for distribution.

**About the role**

This role is either a Permanent Part-Time, or Full-Time role. You will be required to work on a rotational roster (including weekends) between the hours of 6am and 6pm at our Pittsworth location.

Reporting directly to the Production Floor Manager, this role will be responsible for the end-to-end running of the egg processing and packing line requirements that are aligned to achieve production targets. You will be a dynamic self-starter and be passionate about supporting a collaborative working environment, inline with our culture and values.

**Responsibilities will include but are not limited too**:

- Perform Pre-Operative checks, and ensure equipment is set up to ensure production timelines run to schedule;
- Grade Eggs inline with the procedures in place;
- Replenishment of packaging;
- Prepare, label or stack finished boxes;
- Following all work instructions;
- Following all food safety regulations and SOP’s
- Assist in other areas of the Grading Facility when required.

**To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes**:

- Previous experience with production work in the food industry preferred;
- A technical and problem-solving attitude towards food manufacturing is desired;
- Experience with HACCP preferred but not essential;
- Ability to work in both hot and cold environments;
- Written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong work ethic;
- Ability to work within a team;
- Flexible in a shift work environment;
- Follow all safe work practices in line with company policies and procedures.
