Pest Attendant

McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations. We are currently seeking a hands-on Pest Attendant to join the team in a full-time capacity across our various poultry farms.

**Responsibilities will include but are not limited to**:

- Check and replenish bait stations across several sites within the business.
- Maintain accurate records of pest control activities, both digitally and manually.
- Provide clear and professional communication to the Pest Management Supervisor and addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Undertake further training as required.

**To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes**:

- Possession of a current unrestricted driver’s license.
- A desire to learn and contribute to a progressive team.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and within team environments.
- Ability to problem solve, think critically, make decisions, and organise workflow.

You may be required to work reasonable overtime to meet operational demands.
