McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations.

Reporting directly to the Production Planner, this role will be responsible for the safe and efficient preparation and dispatch of finished product for loading, and also the distribution of incoming goods. You will be a dynamic self-starter and be passionate about supporting a collaborative working environment, inline with our culture and values.

**About the role**

This role is a Full-Time role. You will be required to work on a rotating roster (including weekends) between the hours of 6am and 6pm at our Pittsworth location.

**Responsibilities will include but are not limited too**:

- Operation of Forklift or Tug Trucks to assist with the loading and unloading of goods, pallets and stock;
- Delivery of finished product, packaging or other materials to the required destination;
- General warehouse duties including palletising;
- Provide assistance to the Production Attendants where required;
**To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and attributes**:

- A valid Forklift License is essential;
- Basic computer skills;
- Have a 'Can Do' attitude by working cooperatively and efficiently to meet daily production targets;
- Thrive in a busy work environment;
- The ability to meet strict deadlines;
- Accountability for the work you are completing;
- Have great attention to detail;
- Sound literacy and numeracy skills;

**You must not have any birds, pigs or poultry at your place of residence.**
