KB Food Co is Australia's largest seafood company and one of the most awarded and successful food service operators and the largest privately owned operator of Western Rock Lobster. We provide over 50,000 tonnes of seafood annually to leading foodservice operators and major supermarkets.

We are currently seeking motivated **Fish Trimmers/Knife Hands** to join our busy team in **Canning Vale** on Full Time employment. The hours of this role will be Monday to Friday from 05:00am to 01:06pm plus additional hours that are reasonable.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working with freshly caught fish of various kinds
- Skinning, Pin boning, Portioning fillets
- Safe food handling practices
- Assisting the filleting and processing team with various other duties
- Working within cold temperature environments

**To be suitable for this role you must be able to demonstrate**:

- A strong work ethic
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment in cold temperatures
- Flexible hands-on work attitude and a good level of physical fitness
- Good Communication Skills
- Sound understanding of all WH&S Protocols

**Essential Requirements**:

- Ability to work in a wet cold environment with seafood and/or meat
- Previous demonstrated experience in Knife Hand / Filleting / Bandsaw experience in seafood/meat processing
- Attention to detail in a high-pressure environment
- Assisting the filleting and processing team with various other duties
- Ability to communicate in English
- Available to start work immediately
