Fish Filleter

• Fulltime, Permanent role
• $33.02 / hour + Yield based Production Bonus + Superannuation + Penalties for Overtime hours
• Early Start, Early Finish (Mon - Fri, 5 AM to 1.06 PM).

We are currently seeking experienced Fish Filleters to join our busy team in Canning Vale on Full Time employment. Full Time, Permanent Role with bonus option.

Key Responsibilities:

• Slicing, filleting, portioning, cleaning, deboning, trimming fresh fish in a wet and cold environment.
• Always working to a high standard of Safe Food handling practices.
• Maintaining a consistently clean workstation.
• Maintaining quality and cleanliness of slicing equipment i.e., Knives kept sharp and clean, tools kept clean and in good condition.
• Assisting with Quality Inspection of product and ongoing maintenance of stock rotation.
• Reporting to supervisor on any concerns over the quality or yield of produce.

Essential Requirements:

• Must have experience within filleting in Fresh Food Processing environment.
• Ability to work in a wet cold environment with seafood and/or meat
• Assisting the filleting and processing team with other duties, as required.
