Fish Filleter

**Fulltime, Permanent role**:

- ** $33.02 / hour + Yield based Production Bonus + Superannuation + Penalties for Overtime hours**:

- ** Early Start, Early Finish (Mon - Fri, 5 AM to 1.06 PM).**

The business employs over 300+ fantastic people with a humble/inclusive culture. We provide over 30,000 Tonnes of seafood annually to leading foodservice operators and major supermarkets.

We are currently seeking experienced **Fish Filleters** to join our busy team in **Canning Vale** on Full Time employment. Full Time, Permanent Role with bonus option.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Slicing, filleting, portioning, cleaning, deboning, trimming fresh fish in a wet and cold environment.
- Always working to a high standard of Safe Food handling practices.
- Maintaining a consistently clean workstation.
- Maintaining quality and cleanliness of slicing equipment i.e., Knives kept sharp and clean, tools kept clean and in good condition.
- Assisting with Quality Inspection of product and ongoing maintenance of stock rotation.
- Reporting to supervisor on any concerns over the quality or yield of produce.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Must have experience within filleting in Fresh Food Processing environment.
- Ability to work in a wet cold environment with seafood and/or meat
- Assisting the filleting and processing team with other duties, as required.
