KB Seafood Co is one of Australia's largest seafood companies and one of the most awarded & successful food service operators. The business employs over 300+ fantastic people with a humble/inclusive culture. We provide over 30,000 Tonnes of seafood annually to leading foodservice operators and major supermarkets.

We are currently seeking experienced Packing Line/Machine Operators to join our busy team in Canning Vale on Full Time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate fish processing machinery such as packing machines.
  • Set up machines at the beginning of each shift and conduct basic pre-start checks.
  • Monitor machine performance to maintain product quality and output.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with company specifications and hygiene standards.
  • Report faults or breakdowns to maintenance or supervisors promptly.
  • Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety requirements.
  • Assist with manual handling tasks, such as loading raw materials or packing finished products.
  • Maintain accurate production and quality records.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in Fresh Food Processing environment.
  • Ability to work in a wet cold environment with seafood.
  • Understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food hygiene standards.
  • Ability to communicate in English.
  • Full, permanent work rights in Australia
  • Flexible hands-on work attitude and a good level of physical fitness
  • Sound understanding of all WH&S Protocols
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
