Based at ACAP's scenic Hyde Park Sydney Campus, the Learning Resource Advisor provides a high standard of customer care in their support and enrichment of learning, research, and assessment at ACAP University College. Reporting to the Director of Library Services, the Learning Resource Advisor is a diverse role, suitable for an early career information professional. The role performs tasks across many facets of the library, including but not limited to:

- Assisting students and staff in information discovery and access.
- Promoting information literacy skills.
- Troubleshooting technical issues related to online systems, resources, and physical equipment.
- Collaboration with faculty and learning designers in integrating resources into the curriculum.
- Assisting in the assessment of resource relevancy and compliance.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation for reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Has experience working in a library or education environment.
- Is familiar with library management systems, databases, e-resourcing, and learning management systems.
- Has demonstrable knowledge of information literacy skills, research techniques, and citation practices.
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can interact effectively with a diverse range of learners.
