You will work with a dedicated and forward thinking regional manager plus an experienced clinical care manager within this medium home just a 30 minute commute from Ipswich or 45 minutes from Toowoomba

**The role**

As a Residential Manager, you will provide day to day operational & clinical direction, motivation & continuous development to your team members within this medium aged care service.

You will have the ability to establish & build effective relationships ensuring that residents have a connection within the local community and have the confidence that they are included within their daily living & clinical care needs.

Alongside your clinical insight you will also have excellent operational & financial acumen with the ability to ensure KPI's, accreditation standards and quality indicators are met in line with industry guidelines.

Being a collaborative leader, you will be comfortable being "hands on" and supporting with clinical duties & staff education when required.

**Summary of Duties**
- Provide operational oversight to residents & care staff
- Ensure occupancy levels are met & maintained
- Ensure KPI's, budgets and financial goals are achieved
- HR & staffing support
- Ensure accreditation standards, compliance & quality indicators are met & maintained

**Skills and Experience**
- AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with experience in an aged care leadership role
- Accreditation knowledge & experience
- Experience with finance, budget & occupancy management
- Ability to identify & improve areas for improvement
- Consultative & effective communication skills
