**What this job involves**:
We’ve got an opportunity for an Onsite Manager to join our team, you will be responsible for all facets of the day-to-day building and property management of a residential portfolio.
**A snapshot of the role**:
End to end property management, including dispute resolution, insurance claims, and QCAT submissions and hearings with the assistance of Virtual Assistants.
Ensure accurate preparation of all documentation relating to residential tenancy in line with legislation
Manage ingoing and outgoing tenancies, including completing entry and exit condition reports, finalising tenancies/handovers.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with local regulations
Ensure open and on-going communication between all stakeholders related to the property
Meeting the requirements of the Body Corporate Caretaking Agreements and working within all relevant legislation
Prepare Building Management Reports and attend Body Corporate Meetings

You hold a current QLD Certificate of Registration - required
