Work collaboratively with Service Delivery staff and leaders, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Housing Directors and managers and external specialist and mainstream agencies deliver responsive housing assistance to people with multiple and complex needs to achieve effective customer outcomes.
- Identify stakeholders, foster and manage collaborative working relationships with key sector partners and external agencies to leverage resources and integrate across service systems to deliver best practice assistance and respond to new and emerging cohorts and issues.
- Lead, co-design and coordinate projects and initiatives with relevant business areas and Service Delivery leaders on service development, resources, frontline capability uplift, and enhance business and systems, with a focus on person-centred, trauma-informed and culturally safe integrated responses.
- Prepare and provide high quality briefings, reporting, project and other documentation to support strategic and operational developments and to senior management as required.
- Foster a high level of awareness and understanding of issues impacting on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, to establish quality relationships and facilitate improved service delivery and customer outcomes.
- Support and help maintain a workplace safety culture by ensuring that all policies and practices concerning Workplace Health and Safety are applied and a part of day-to-day operations.
