In this role, you will have the privilege of collaborating with talented designers and a highly skilled Creative Director. Together, you will work on diverse projects ranging from branding to collateral, videos, reporting, and presentations.

This position is suited for a Designer who recognises that it's not just about creating aesthetically pleasing designs, but also about approaching projects strategically and consistently delivering exceptional results for clients.

**Duties include but are not limited to**:

- A creative role where you are designing every day including designing brand identities, brand guidelines, collateral, videos, annual reports or similar, presentations, etc across print and digital
- Oversee design projects from concept to delivery
- Ability to think strategically about jobs, generate ideas and develop highly creative solutions
- Take detailed job briefs from clients and build ongoing client relationships
- Present and articulate conceptual solutions to clients and peers
- Prepare and present client presentation
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Creative Director, Design Director, Studio Manager, Comms team, and other execs within the business to achieve the best outcomes for your clients
- Utilise your extensive experience in Adobe Creative Suite
- Long-form reports and typesetting financials
- Participate in daily WIP meetings
- Plan, schedule, and prioritise work on multiple projects at the same time

- Proven experience in a creative or brand design agency
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Advanced technical skills and knowledge of designing for print and digital
- Excellent client management skills
- Long-form report experience and typesetting financials
- Experience designing brand identities
- Team player who is a self-starter and loves to use your initiative - this is such a fantastic team so culture fit is really important
- Excellent time management skills - organised and able to prioritise
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- High level of attention-to-detail essential - this is high-quality work you are doing
- Proficiency in designing in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint would be well-regarded but not essential
