Reporting to our Organisational Capability Manager, the **Organisational Development Consultant** is responsible for the design, delivery and implementation of a portfolio of organisational development projects and change initiatives supporting a strategic program.

This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity based in Perth, offering many benefits including a hybrid working pattern. Some travel is also required to Bethanie sites between Geraldton and Bunbury.

**About the role**:

- Assist in the co-ordination of Bethanie leadership and culture projects and programs, supporting groups and individuals
- Research, design and implement evidence-based interventions across the organisation to support Bethanie’s mission
- Establish strong collaborative working partnerships with key stakeholders to identify continuous improvement opportunities, ensure needs are met, provide advice around solutions and to gain buy-in to programs
- Facilitate workshops and act as a role model to inspire, motivate and educate staff
- Create and implement structured change management plans for projects and initiatives to ensure consistency of the approach to change management across Bethanie
- Support the successful implementation of change by working collaboratively with Project Managers and Project Teams to integrate change management activities into project plans
- Preparing for, managing and reinforcing change including impact analysis, delivering detailed change management plans and evaluating post-implementation

You have a curious passion for people You love to get into the hearts and minds of your audience to empower a cultural shift and inspire growth and development in a learning culture. An agile thinker, you are keen to learn new things, and comfortable with ambiguity, change and transition; pivoting plans and styles as needed.
- Ability to understand, analyse and provide workable recommendations/ solutions
- Strong facilitation skills in behavioural change programs, with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to provide coaching and support to all levels of management; assisting them as they guide their teams
- Experience in organisation-wide developmental change and improvement programs with project/ change management skills
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Organisational Psychology or similar
