As a
Transformation Partner
, you'll work with senior leaders and teams to create and implement people-focused transition strategies. Serve as a strategic partner and go-to sounding board, ensuring new ways of working are understood, supported, and fully embedded throughout the organisation.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Partnering with leaders to prepare their teams for upcoming changes in processes, systems, and culture.
  • Designing practical transition plans that align organisational priorities with workforce readiness.
  • Equipping people leaders with tools, talking points and routines
  • Monitoring outcomes and surface evidence-based recommendations
  • Reducing friction and streamlining how work gets done—standardise where it helps and simplify handoffs

What you'll bring to the role

  • Proven success in guiding organisations through major transformations (e.g., digital change, mergers, acquisitions, restructures).
  • Practical experience supporting people-focused initiatives that create lasting impact.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
  • The ability to simplify complex information and communicate it clearly and accessibly.
  • Confidence to constructively question default approaches and pilot pragmatic alternatives
