**Key Selection Criteria**:

- **Legislation & Regulatory Knowledge**: Understanding and practical experience with South Australian mining and environmental legislation, including policies, processes, and community engagement principles.
- **Project & Impact Assessment Expertise**: Proven experience in planning and managing projects, particularly in preparing environmental and broader impact assessments within the mineral resources sector.
- **Industry Insight**: In-depth knowledge of the mineral resources industry, including current trends, issues, and their future implications.
- **Communication & Collaboration Skills**: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and continuously improve work practices.

**Qualifications**:
Essential: Degree in Science, Environmental Management or Engineering related to the resources industry.

**Remuneration**:
PO2 salary range $88,255 - $97,667 per annum + superannuation
Full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week

**Special Conditions**:

- This is a contract/term vacancy up to 2 years
- Some out of hours work and inter/intrastate travel, including fieldwork may be required
- A current SA driver’s licence is required
- The position is based in the Adelaide Office
