**Your new role**
Looking for a standout Social Media & Content Specialist to join their multi award winning team. As an integral member of the Social Media & Content Team you will lead and launch campaigns end-to-end from planning to execution. Communication is key to this role, and you should be confident in presenting ideas and leading projects.

This new and exciting role requires exceptional organisational skills, delivering best-in-class content that generates and drives engagement for their brands and customers. You will have a solid understanding of the production process and always be looking for new and innovative ways to turn up. You should be able to think on your feet, problem solve and collaborate within the team as well as with external agencies.
- Reporting to the Manager of Content & Editorial you will be responsible for leading campaign implementation end-to-end for the company brands on social media platforms and content more broadly, you will develop a deep understanding of the tone, audiences, and communication messages for their brands
- You will work closely with the Team Lead Social Media and content and follow brand campaigns to create and manage content fit for platform
- You will work with the brand team, agency partners and internal stakeholders to create messaging that delivers on strategic marketing priorities and messages throughout the year
- Manage freelancers, external agencies and creative partners to produce content

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You must have an understanding of social content and project management
- You must have an understanding of social ad campaign management within Facebook Business Manager and audience targeting
- You must have experience in managing social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram
- You must possess a degree in a media, communication or recognised related field
- 5+ years’ experience in content roles in agency or client is desirable
- Curiosity and keen eye for strong creative and copy that will engage
- Ability to know what great content is and push back on suppliers or creatives until the content is fit for platform to publish
