**What’s your purpose**:
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Specialist - Content & Social Media to support product and content marketing across Academy Xi’s digital platforms, and serve as the company’s internal design expert.

Reporting to the Product Marketing Manager, this role is responsible for all visual content and social media.
Working closely with the Product Marketing Copywriter, this role will create visual content for an external audience - ensuring brand, tone and timeliness is considered to maximise engagement with our brand/products.

**What you’ll do**:
The Marketing Specialist is pivotal to Academy Xi’s next phase of growth and will primarily focus on brand and community nurturing/building lens with existing social media channels to expand Academy Xi’s brand awareness and community engagement.
- Grow Academy Xi’s video content library by briefing and/ or producing product marketing videos (using tools such as Vouch)
- Lead and execute social media activations across all of Academy Xi’s Social Media channels to drive awareness
- Actively perform community management across social media channels
- Track key metrics and feedback social media campaign insights to continuously evolve content approach
- Execute online events such as webinars to position Academy Xi as thought leaders.

**Who you are**:
Additionally you will possess;
- Knowledge of static and dynamic content creation using Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign is a must), Canva and other content creation tools
- Experience using social media marketing platforms primarily LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Youtube
- Familiarity with social media tracking and measuring techniques and providing suggestions for future improvements on the back of your analysis
- Knowledge of social management tools and social listening tools
- Ability to write short-form copy to support social media content
- Excellent attention to detail
