We have a unique opportunity for a Regional Manager to join our thriving Urban Development Team, covering projects across Ipswich, Logan, and the Northern Gold Coast. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for managing a range of urban development projects and overseeing a team of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers. With the team experiencing significant growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future success. If you’re ready to make an impact, deliver excellence, and lead a team, this is the opportunity for you. **Responsibilities** - Oversee a diverse range of projects, including masterplan communities, local government and industrial developments across Ipswich, Logan, and Northern Gold Coast - Lead a team of Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, ensuring alignment with company and client expectations - Manage the coordination of employees, subcontractors, procurement, plant and equipment required for the projects. Provide advice, support and assistance to project staff and clients in relation to any technical and/or complex problems that may arise during project life. - Responsible for the overall financial performance of the projects - Manage the effective programming and construction methodologies of all site works. Ensure project compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and standards. - Review the contractual obligations of each project to ensure projects can be completed within company’s capability and commitment. - Represent SEE Civil’s position with the client in any contract negotiations or disputes. - Manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing collaboration - Develop and nurture relationships with prospective and new clients to drive business growth - Identify and implement best practices to reduce costs while maintaining service and delivery standards **Essential Skills and Attributes** - Proven leadership experience managing urban development projects - Strong project management skills with a focus on strategy, planning, and execution - Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and lead teams - Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain a high level of performance, and ensure client satisfaction - Strong financial acumen with experience managing project budgets, costs, and revenue - In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and the ability to drive operational efficiencies **What’s next?** If you would like to join our team and hold full, unlimited working rights in Australia, we encourage you to submit your CV.
