About this position

We're looking for an experienced and driven
Practice Manager
to lead our large Helensvale dental centre. Operating 7 chairs daily and serving as a
specialist hub
with Endodontics, Periodontics and Prosthodontics regulalry, this role is perfect for someone with proven leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You'll play a hands-on role in driving smooth daily operations, motivating a large clinical and support team, and ensuring every patient receives the high-quality care Pacific Smiles is known for.

Your new role will include

  • Leading and motivating a large centre team to deliver excellent patient experiences
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, including rosters, patient flow, compliance and reporting
  • Supporting dentists and specialists to deliver smooth clinical operations
  • Driving performance outcomes in collaboration with your Regional Manager
  • Creating a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture
