**The Opportunity**

Myofunctional Research Co. is a worldwide dental appliance supplier and education provider based in Australia's Gold Coast. With a physical presence in Asia-Pacific, China, Europe and USA, and a network of dealers and distributors in respective regions, we cater for the commercial market, as well as the public and health professionals.

For over 30 years, MRC has continued to experience rapid growth and are looking for Warehouse Assistants to support our operations team in our Gold Coast office. This role will focus on the daily operations of a positive and productive warehouse.

**Main Tasks and Responsibilities **

Core objectives include: 
- Assist with the daily operations of the warehouse and shipping department.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Assemble, label and package product.
- Ensure full traceability of all medical devices. 
- Perform stock management duties.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment. 
- Comply with quality and regulatory requirements and follow standard operating procedures. 

**Knowledge and Experience **

Essential: 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  
- Strong organisational and time management skills. 
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail.

Highly regarded: 
- Warehousing experience.
- Quality control experience.
- Knowledge in inventory management systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

The Warehouse Assistant will work in a warehouse environment and must be comfortable working in a physically demanding setting. This role requires lifting of heavy items and extended periods of standing.
