**Marketing Liaison Officer**

**About the business and the role**

IRIS Imaging provides a comprehensive range of imaging services including General X-ray, Dental Imaging, CT, Ultrasound and interventional procedures.

We currently have a vacancy for a part time Marketing Liaison Officer for the Gold Coast/Logan region to provide support and interaction with a close-knit team and medical clients.

Working closely with the Practice Manager and referring Practitioners, the position will also require you to develop regional strategies and to prepare and attend promotional events in order to promote the services IRIS Imaging offers to patients and referrers.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Interaction with Medical Referrers, Secretaries and other branches personally, by phone or correspondence
- Marketing support for Practice Manager
- Correspondence with other Affiliated teaching colleges: RACGP, College of Physicians
- Identify and contact new referrers to the area
- Facilitate referral pad deliveries across the area
- Design and collate correct information pertaining to patient handouts/website content
- Respond to patient/referrer feedback

**Skills and experience**

**Essential**:

- Previous marketing and communications experience, ideally in healthcare
- Ability to quickly learn Radiology software (Comrad & Inteleviewer)
- Computer Literacy (i.e. Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, etc)
- High Standard of Communication - written and verbal
- Outgoing, well-networked individual who is confident and easy to get along with
- Professional personal presentation
- Commitment to delivering Exceptional Customer Service to Referring Practitioners
- Strong business acumen and financial skills with a propensity to seek and offer value adding insights to the business.
- Highly motivated and well organised
- Enthusiastic and honest

**Desirable**
- Previous sales or customer service experience
- Certificate of Medical Terminology

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Helensvale, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales and marketing: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
