One of our clients, near Moonee Ponds, is looking for a Business Support Officer to join their passionate team.

This Job is a casual role however will be for 38 hours per week, and could lead onto gaining a full-time contract.

Your shift will start at 9.00am - 5.00pm

Pay Rate: Negotiable on Based Experience.

Starting: ASAP.

**You will Need**:
Qualification in Administration and/or demonstrated work experience in office administration with relevant experience.

An understanding of Aged and Disability Services administration within a local government or similar environment

Demonstrated understanding of the needs of older people, people with disability, their careers and people from diverse communities

Demonstrated highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to respond to difficult situations appropriately

Demonstrated excellent verbal communication skills particularly in relation to use of the telephone

**You will be**:

- Providing a high level of customer service in all dealings and interactions with clients, members of the community and internal customers, ensuring integrity and confidentiality
- Manage inventory of the department's stationary and equipment supply processes.
- Raise purchase orders and process invoices for accounts payable

Please Note - a Police Check, WWCC and Covid Vaccination status will all need to be obtained upon placement.
