We’re offering **full-time Electrical and Mechanical Apprenticeships** for motivated individuals ready to start a rewarding trade career in a dynamic industrial environment across our Marulan, Berrima and Bowral sites.

**Mechanical Apprenticeship**:
As a Mechanical Apprentice, you'll work with experienced tradespeople maintaining and repairing heavy industrial equipment such as pumps, conveyors, and mechanical systems at our cement plants. You’ll also be enrolled in a **TAFE Mechanical Engineering course**, combining classroom learning with practical, on-the-job experience.

**What You'll Learn**:

- Maintenance and installation of mechanical systems
- Fault-finding and troubleshooting
- Hands-on work with industrial machinery
- Safety procedures and technical reporting

**Electrical Apprenticeship**

As an Electrical Apprentice, you’ll assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in a large-scale production environment. You’ll gain valuable experience working with advanced electrical equipment while completing a **TAFE Electrical qualification**.

**What You'll Learn**:

- Electrical system maintenance and repair
- Troubleshooting circuits and machinery
- Industrial electrical practices
- Safety and compliance

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Passion for hands-on work and problem-solving
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures
- Completion of Year 10 or higher (Maths/Science preferred)
- Minimum age: 17
