We’re offering a **full-time Mechanical Apprenticeship** for a motivated individual ready to start a rewarding trade career in a dynamic industrial environment at our Maldon site, near Picton.

**Mechanical Apprenticeship**

As a Mechanical Apprentice, you'll work with experienced tradespeople maintaining and repairing heavy industrial equipment such as pumps, conveyors, and mechanical systems at our cement plants. You’ll also be enrolled in a **TAFE Mechanical Engineering course**, combining classroom learning with practical, on-the-job experience.

**What You'll Learn**:

- Maintenance and installation of mechanical systems
- Fault-finding and troubleshooting
- Hands-on work with industrial machinery
- Safety procedures and technical reporting

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Passion for hands-on work and problem-solving
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety procedures
- Completion of Year 10 or higher (Maths/Science preferred)
