You'll be at the forefront of shaping our success by crafting compelling bid deliverables that leave our competitors in awe. You'll be encouraged to channel your prior experience, business acumen, creativity, and innovation into crafting top-notch work that sets new industry standards.

**About the role**

Crafting winning proposals: You'll be the mastermind behind delivering high-quality proposals, expertly designed and tailored to our clients' unique needs. We trust you to work autonomously, or alongside our bid leads, to prioritise and deliver multiple submissions with unparalleled efficiency.

Ignite creativity & innovation: Your flair for innovation will be essential as you collaborate with service streams to refine and revolutionise our business development content.

Collaboration in key: You'll be in the spotlight of stakeholder engagement. You'll work closely with stakeholders across all TMX global offices ensuring all voices are heard and our prospective clients needs are met.

A content guru: As a guardian of our content library and business toolkits, you'll ensure that our arsenal of winning materials is up-to-date, accurate, and free from any grammatical or spelling errors. Your meticulous attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

**About you**:

- Strong commercial acumen and solid understanding of the business development process
- Creative/ graphic design experience is highly regarded
- Some experience operating across a range of industry sectors is advantageous
- You can demonstrate the ability to construct solutions to meet complex customer needs
- Qualification or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing or Graphic design
- 3+ years’ experience in bid/tender/sales solution delivery
- Excellent written and communication skills

**Desirable skills**:
**If you have Salesforce/CRM exposure under your belt, consider it a bonus. **Additionally, intermediate skills in Adobe CC Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) are helpful or you could be a master of PowerPoint**
