To continue our growth and success, we are seeking a versatile and self-driven Workshop Maintenance All-Rounder to join our dynamic team. We are based in Campbelltown NSW.

**Key Responsibilities**:You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our workshop and supporting our team of skilled operators. Your responsibilities will include:
**Workshop Maintenance**:Maintain and organize the workshop to ensure it is safe, efficient, and well-stocked
- kept neat and tidy.
Perform routine equipment inspections and coordinate repairs as needed.
Manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies.

**Mechanical Support**:Assist with the maintenance and repair of high-pressure water blasting equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs.
Collaborate with our experts to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**Pump Knowledge**:Utilize your knowledge of pumps for high-pressure water blasting, and continuously seek ways to improve their performance.
Assist in pump maintenance, repairs, and minor services.

**Team Collaboration**:Work closely with our team of operators to ensure they have the tools and equipment needed to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Share your expertise and experience with colleagues, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Basic mechanical knowledge and a strong willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of pumps and high-pressure water blasting equipment is an advantage.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A valid full driver's license is required.
