Looking for a handy person to do varied maintenance in Housing properties.

Able to work alone with confidence

Carpentry, tiling, plastering and painting experience preferred

Experience in Maintenance repairs is preferred

Full Australian drivers licence

Preferred to have own ute/van with tools.

Current police check with reasonably clear record. (some codes will not be accepted as a requirement to work with tenants)

Asbestos Awareness Certificate (Or ability to get the AA certificate)

White Card

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Subcontract

**Salary**: $60,823.00 - $116,692.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
