**Your Impact**:
As a Maintenance Officer at Macarthur Gardens Retirement Village, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and happiness of our beloved residents. Your daily efforts will directly contribute to maintaining our village's high standards and enhancing the quality of life for everyone in our community. From addressing maintenance requests promptly to conducting thorough audits for safety, your work will make a tangible difference in the lives of those we serve.

**We're Looking For**:

- Maintenance Experience: Previous experience preferred, ideally in retirement village, aged care, or community settings.
- Independence and Initiative: Ability to work autonomously, exercising discretion and initiative in duties.
- Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to engage with residents and colleagues.
- Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills
- Driver's License: Valid license required, along with passing a National Police check.
- Additional Certificates: Test and Tag certificate and First Aid/Resuscitation Certificate preferred but not essential.
