Join Sunwater as our Procurement Advisor - Infrastructure in the Corporate Procurement team on a 24 month max term contract, working primarily on infrastructure-based projects. You will report to the Principal Procurement Advisor Infrastructure and you will partner with the Infrastructure, Development & Delivery (IDD) business unit in delivering fundamental infrastructure procurement activities including, but not limited to category and supplier management, procurement planning, sourcing, tendering, contract development, negotiation and award and procurement reporting. You will also:

- Perform all procurement activities in accordance with Sunwater’s procurement policies, procedures, probity, legal and compliance requirements;
- Undertake research, spend, and market analysis to secure value for money opportunities;
- Develop market engagement strategies, prepare RFx procurement documentation, facilitate contract and scope development, undertake evaluations, and prepare recommendation documentation to facilitate contract award; and
- Negotiate directly with key internal and external stakeholders during the procurement process to achieve the best value for money outcomes.

We are seeking a talented and proactive individual with demonstrated technical skills in end-to-end procurement and at least 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role (infrastructure sector highly desirable). You will have experience in pre-contract sourcing activities, contract formation, establishment of panel arrangements/management and data analytics experience. Experience working with a Government Owned Corporations (GOC)/ Queensland Government and infrastructure environments will be highly desirable. In addition, you will have:

This role offers:

- base salary starting from $107,744
- 12.75% superannuation
- 17.5% leave loading
