**About the role**
- The Procurement Advisor you will work closely with the Procurement team to ensure integrity is maintained and enhanced through contract and commercial activities, in conjunction with timely reporting.
- Manage and execute the sourcing process for allocated procurement packages including tender preparation, commercial evaluations, and approval to award documentation.
- Provide support and assistance to the broader Procurement team as required.
- Continue and further develop the successful relationships with Subcontractors & Suppliers.
- Recognise, identify, and adjust to the changing needs of the broader construction market.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant and regulatory requirements and all UNITY policies and processes.
**About You**
- Previous experience in a procurement role managing multiple procurement packages with exposure to contract negotiation
- Tertiary qualifications in a related field
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in a site based role with exposure to all aspects of project delivery in a construction environment
- Strong level written and verbal communication, with key awareness of project and contractual deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, collaborative working environment
