This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dedicated and professional team of People and Procurement specialists.

**In this role you will**:

- Monitor and advise on financial, contract management and procurement systems compliance.
- Negotiate and consult with internal and external stakeholders regarding procurement and contract related issues to identify specific business needs and to facilitate compliance within the required timeframes.
- Demonstrated knowledge of government Standing Offer Agreements and contracting requirements/ frameworks
- Undertake scheduled and ad-hoc procurement reporting and forecasting using PowerBI, Excel, finance and CRM systems.
- Assume responsibility for specific procurement activities, including leading and implementing projects that will deliver process improvements and efficiencies for QRA business stakeholders.
- Undertake research on relevant supplier markets, capabilities and technology.
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative, and productive working relationships and partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure procurement services are responsive to current and future needs.
- Contribute to the development of reports and briefing notes to support procurement initiatives including preparation of high-quality briefing material and correspondence.
- Support the Principal Advisors and Director with the development, improvement, implementation and review of Procurement practices and procedures.
- Undertake related project and other duties of equivalent complexity to support the Procurement and People teams and broader Corporate Services division as required.
