Proactively gather and analyze role requirements to build a robust pipeline of top technical talent, ensuring you meet productivity goals and contribute to the team's objective of reducing cost per hire. - Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers. Guide them on hiring strategy, provide data-driven recommendations, and maintain regular communication on the status of open roles - Conduct thorough applicant assessments, evaluating skills and qualifications against client needs.
