A great opportunity now exists for a Cloud Operations individual to work within our Cloud team. This role involves a range of customer service and administration responsibilities.

In this role you will be working in a critical support role and be the main point-of-contact for Cloud Sales teams and serve as an internal business partner to the other functional teams.

The key component of this role is to provide outstanding sales and customer service support to our customers and internal stakeholders through outbound and inbound telephone contact and to assist the sales teams on-boarding our Partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:
This role encompasses the following key responsibilities:

- Adding and maintaining new and existing contracts.
- Administering all aspects of the Cloud contract process including raising and managing Cloud reseller agreements between internal and external stakeholders.
- Assists in training and onboarding Cloud Partners on the effective use of Tech Data's Cloud Marketplace platform.
- Processing quarterly Reseller Rebates based on invoice value.
- Customer service via a variety of means to co-ordinate internal resources as required.
- Quoting cloud consumption, software and services including Deal Registration where eligible.
- Ensure all your vendors deals are reported in HubSpot.
- Communication of credit, currency, payment terms and insurance with partners.
- Validating purchase orders from resellers and enter into the relevant system.
- Proactive ETA, POD and Licensing Confirmation.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
In this role, you will need to have the following to be successful:

- Minimum High School Certificate (or equivalent).
- Professional communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and customer service orientation with the ability to work autonomously.
- Experience with bills of materials, quoting and ERP systems (desirable).
- Experience with organising credit within our organisation is highly desirable
