**What We’re Looking For**

We’re seeking a **Bar Manager** who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end environment and can lead our talented bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences every day. We need someone who is not just reactive but proactive — someone who embraces challenges and is eager to solve them.

**Key Skills and Experience**:

- **Advanced Certification**: WSET or similar certification is highly regarded.
- **Premium Bar Operations**: Proven experience in managing premium bar operations, with a strong focus on high-end service and beverage innovation.
- **Beverage Development**: Expertise in crafting unique and memorable beverage menus.
- **Versatile Leadership**: Ability to manage both bar operations and service on the floor. You’ll need to step out from behind the bar during busy service and ensure the floor runs smoothly alongside the front-of-house team.
- **Venue Management**: Experience with opening and closing procedures, including cashing up and securing the venue.
- **Hands-On Leadership**: A leader who leads by example, not afraid to get behind the bar and work with the team.
- **Staff Mentorship**: A passion for developing and mentoring a team
