**About the Role**:
As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our venue. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth service, manage staff, and deliver an exceptional experience for every guest.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily operations, including the bar, dining room, and late-night service.
- Train, mentor, and manage a dynamic team of staff.
- Manage stock, including ordering, inventory control, and minimising waste.
- Handle rosters and staff scheduling.
- Provide outstanding customer service and lead by example.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Assist in food and beverage menu creation.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations.

**About You**:
We’re looking for someone with:

- Proven experience in a management or supervisory role in hospitality.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- A passion for delivering top-notch customer experiences.
- Knowledge of POS systems and hospitality operations.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and late nights as needed.
