Are you detail-oriented, organised, and looking to take your skills to the next level? Disability Connect Victoria (DCV) is seeking a motivated **Accounts and Payroll Assistant** to join our finance team.

This is a part-time role Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm

**Your Role Will Include**:
Invoice Processing: Ensuring accurate and timely handling of client and vendor invoices.

Payment Reconciliation: Managing payment records to ensure financial accuracy.

Collection Support: Assisting with accounts receivable and timely payment collections.

Customer Account Management: Building strong relationships and maintaining account details.

Financial Reporting: Preparing reports to support decision-making.

Record Maintenance: Keeping all financial and payroll records organised and up to date.

Payment Processing: Supporting smooth and timely payments to vendors and stakeholders.

Weekly Payroll Assistance: Collaborating with the team to process payroll.

Vendor Management: Liaising with vendors to ensure efficient account handling.

General Administration Tasks: Providing support to the wider finance team.

**About You**:
Minimum of 1 year working with accounting software (Xero preferred).

A natural problem-solver with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.

Enjoy working collaboratively in a friendly and supportive team.

Willing to learn and contribute to streamlining processes.
