We have an opportunity to join the team at Stockland Point Cook Shopping Centre. To be successful in this role you will implement creative and engaging customer experiences supporting the centre’s marketing strategy and plans. You’ll partner with local retailers and the community to drive opportunities within the centre.

**About the role**

You will support the implementation and execution of ongoing campaigns, initiatives, and events for Point Cook, along with the development and delivery of engaging social and digital content. This high touch customer facing role works closely with retailers and the local community and is pivotal in ensuring the centre marketing outcomes are delivered and achieved.

This is a full-time permanent role based at our Point Cook Retail Town Centre.

Key responsibilities will include:

- The successful implementation of local area marketing campaigns and events
- Engaging with local retailers, groups, and committees to ensure the sponsorship and participation opportunities are identified and integrated into key marketing campaigns
- Contributing to the integration of CR&S initiatives and relationships through the marketing mix and program
- Implementing community relations programs, events, and sponsorships
- Content creation across social and digital channels
- Driving the customer experience of the centre
- Ensuring a high standard of presentation of the centre including visual merchandising, hoarding and signage

**About you**

You possess marketing knowledge and expertise gained through a formal qualification and ideally have worked with shopping centres or retail industries, or alternatively events management or worked with a charity or community-based service with a marketing focus. Together with well-developed written and verbal communication skills and an eye for detail, you can work under pressure and meet agree deadlines. A true brand advocate with the ability to create genuine relationships and the ability to go above and beyond.
